St. John's Lodge is a private residence belonging to the Sultan of Brunei, Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah. The residence is located on the Inner Circle of Regent's Park, London, until 1965 in the Metropolitan Borough of St Marylebone and now part of the City of Westminster.[1]
It was built in 1812[2] and the Royal Parks service describe it and The Holme as the only two villas remaining from John Nash's original conception of Regents Park.[3]
The Institute of Archaeology, University College London, was located there from 1937 to 1958.
